Classes

Due to the Covid -19 Virus All classes can be done virtually through ZOOM or you can take them in person at the studio.

In addition to our private gym facility and personal training, we also offer a range of classes. No matter what your level of fitness or your current workout goals: we have the right class for your needs and your schedule.

Sculpt and Stretch

Sculpt and Stretch blends training exercises with power yoga and stretching. This class provides an excellent total body workout. The strength portion increases your lean body mass and tones every muscle, while the stretch portion helps lengthen muscles, improve balance, and includes yogic breathing and relaxation techniques. Resista-ball, hand weights, and tubing are used to increase resistance and flexibility.

Pilates bar

Imagine the great workout that you can only get on the Pilates Reformer but in the convenience of your own home or studio with the Giaim Pilates Bar! This 40 minutes class will work the entire body through stand-in exercises and pilates mat work all done with the bar for resistance.

Men’s Class

Our men’s only class focuses on strength training, flexibility, and balance exercises customized for the male body. In this class, you’ll build lean muscle, increase overall core and body strength, endurance, and overall flexibility.

Lift

This fun and exciting class combines the best of upper body strength with Ballet Barre for a lower body workout and Pilates mat exercises for the core. WHEW! Come lift your legs an work your abs. This class is perfect for active people of all fitness levels who love some variety. Your thighs and butt will thank you.

Summer Session Runs June 1 – July 8, 2021 (No Classes June 28th – July 1st)
