I train with Jeanna because I need a set appointment so I don’t blow off exercising and so that I do the exercises right.  I have lost weight and gotten trimmer. This has resulted in me dropping one shirt size and two pant sizes.  The Pilates Reformer is one of my favorite workouts.  Jeanna keeps me motivated by varying the workouts and keeps them interesting and ….dare I say FUN!?

It is very important for me to stay fit as I am in my mid 80s…just doing it makes my body feel so much better!  Jeanna has inspired me to be more regular and the Pilates equipment is excellent and I do not have that at home.

Thanks to the one-on-one instruction and the expertise of Jeanna I saw immediate results in my body and my strength!  I joined to get fit and stay healthy. Jeanna is professional, kind, very knowledgeable and pushes me to achieve my fitness goals!  The facility is always clean and has top notch, well maintained equipment.

I joined the Smart Studio to improve my health and lose some weight. The one thing I enjoyed the most about Take Action and the Smart Studio is Jeanna!  She was very welcoming and supportive when I first joined and is always open to help whenever I ask for it!  After I started at the Studio I lost at least 15 pounds in only a month.  I have also been on a diet but the studio has helped me so much!!!  It is WONDERFUL! I can see great change in my health and skin is glowing. The Studio equipment is great in every way.
